Salmon Salad ~ Laksesalat

This recipe is appropriate for a Low Carb Diet

 

 

 

 

5 minutes to prepare, 5 minutes till it's done.
5 minutter i køkkenet, 5 minutter til det er færdigt.

4 servings ~ 4 personer

Server på ristet brød, med kiks eller alene.

Serve on toast, with crackers, or alone.

For low carb purposes we like it on Julian #1 Smart Carb bread.
It is a dense, hearty bread that makes a filling piece of toast.
It has just 1 net gram of carbs per slice with a whopping 12 grams of fiber.

If you have leftovers, this also tastes great
if you scramble it in with your eggs in the morning!

 

 

 

 

  • 3 oz. smoked salmon (flaked - canned or packed)

  • 4 oz. plain whipped cream cheese.

  • ½ - 1 bundle of dill

  • 1 - 2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

  • 100 g røget laks i flager (fra dåse eller vacuumpak)

  • 100 g pisket smøreost uden tilsat smag.

  • ½ - 1 bundt dild

  • 1 - 2 tsk. frisk-kværnet peber

 

 

Stir everything together. Add dill according to your own taste... Personally I use a whole bundle of it, but I suppose I might be unusally crazy about the stuff.

Rør det hele sammen. Tilsæt dilden efter smag... rent personligt bruger jeg et helt bundt, men jeg er nok også usædvanligt vild med det.
