Raspberry-Avocado Salad ~ Hindbær-Avocado Salat

This recipe is appropriate for a Low Carb Diet

 

 

 

 

10 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes till it's done.
10 minutter i køkkenet, 10 minutter til det er færdigt.

4 servings ~ 4 personer

 

 

 

 

  • 8 oz. baby lettuce

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 large avocado, cubed

  • 5 oz. mild cheese, cubed

  • 8 tbsp. almond slivers

  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

  • 3-4 tbsp. fresh finely chopped basil

  • Italian/vinaigrette dressing

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 150 g baby-salat

  • 2½ dl friske hindbær

  • 1 stor avocado i tern

  • 150 g mild ost i tern

  • 8 spsk mandelflager

  • 2 spsk. parmesan ost

  • 3-4 spsk. frisk finthakket basilikum

  • italiensk/olie-eddike dressing

  • Friskkværnet peber efter smag

 

 

Toss it all gently and eat!
