In the desert outside of Page lies a small slot canyon, a crack in the rocks, which was formed by flash floods over thousands of years. In order to picture how tall the slot canyon is, it helps to know that an adult is slightly shorter than the small archshaped dimple at the bottom, just right of the canyon entrance.     Strukturen i slugtens vægge er dannet ved at vandet, blandet med sand, sliber klippevæggene, idet det presses igennem. Prærieulv ~ Coyote

The slot canyon is so narrow in places that you can touch the walls on both sides simultaneously, if you stretch out your arms.
