Dagens baghave:

Backyard of the Day:

Trail Dust Town, Tucson, Pima County, Arizona

Trail Dust Town is located at 16541 East Tanque Verde Road # 22 in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona

We spent the rest of the day at Trail Dust Town, a small shopping and entertainment mall in Tucson, built in the 1950s to look like a ghost town. Parts of Trail Dust Town originally served as backdrop for a Glenn Ford movie, but were preserved as a tourist trap.
Because of the heat very little happens here before late afternoon, but we came a bit earlier, so we would be able to take pictures.

Trail Dust Town

Trail Dust Town

Dedicated to the pioneer spirits who crossed the wide prairies, raging rivers and blazing hot deserts to make their sovereign homes... all nationalities, all religions, all races.
They forged their trails into the great American frontier and made it their own.
Truly, they were the heart of the west!
