Jeg elsker det gamle livreddertårn her. Der er planer om at rive det ned og bygge et nyt. I love the old lifeguard tower here. There are plans to tear it down and build a new one.

Der er ingen svømning, kun surfing, tilladt ved North Jetty, på grund af voldsom strøm. There's no swimming, only surfing, allowed at North Jetty, because of a ripcurrent.

Sejlrenden mellem North Jetty og South Jetty. På den anden side af South Jetty ligger Ocean Beach. The navigational channel between North and South Jetty. Beyond South Jetty lies Ocean Beach.     North Jetty er bygget i 1950 og er en kilometer lang. North Jetty was built in 1950 and is 3280 feet long.

Day Camping/Boondocking Information There is ample parking in the lot at North Jetty, and it is among non-surfers this beach area is less known than other parts of Mission Beach, meaning it is also less crowded during tourist season. The parking lot closes at 10 pm, and there is overnight camping permitted.
