Day Camping/Boondocking Information Playa Pacifica in Mission Bay Park is an excellent spot for day camping. No overnight camping/sleeping allowed. Except for Fiesta Island, all areas of Mission Bay Park allow leashed dogs only between 6 pm and 9 am (4 pm to 9 am in winter).
