March 26, 2009 Dansk tekst til venstre English text on the right Dagens baghave: Backyard of the Day: Cardiff State Beach, Cardiff, San Diego County, California Cardiff State Beach is located a mile or so south of Cardiff in San Diego County, California   Det var dejligt vejr i dag, om ikke akkurat til at få hedeslag af, så vi camperede ved Cardiff State Beach og nød den mærkbare mangel på turister. The weather was lovely today, albeit not exactly a heat wave, so we day camped at Cardiff State Beach and enjoyed the noticable lack of tourists.

Day Camping/Boondocking Information Cardiff State Beach is an excellent spot for day camping. There is an adjacent campground for overnight camping. The parking lot opens at 8 am and closes at sunset, and there is no overnight parking or camping permitted along the side of the highway. Facilities: Restrooms Beach Showers Parking right up to the sand in some areas Swimming There is an $8 entrance fee for day use unless you manage to find parking along the side of the highway.
