Day Camping/Boondocking Information San Elijo Lagoon is a decent spot for day camping. The parking area at the end of Rios Avenue was curbside in a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood. When we were here it was not crowded. There are no signs prohibiting overnight camping/parking, but we don't know what the local ordinances are. No facilities.
