November 23, 2007 Dansk tekst til venstre English text on the right Dagens baghave: Backyard of the Day: Cedros Design District, Solana Beach, San Diego, California The Cedros Avenue Design District is located along Cedros Avenue, just east of the railroad in Solana Beach, San Diego County, California.   Vi startede dagen med at campere ved Cedros Design District, som ligger op og ned af Cedros Avenue i nogle gamle industribygninger fra 1950'erne, iblandt dem en række gamle tøndeformede barakker. We began our day camped out at the Cedros Design District, located on the wrong side of the tracks, up and down Cedros Avenue in some old industrial buildings from the 1950s, among them a row of old quonset huts.     Kunst for enhver smag.... Art for any persuasion....

Lilla Jul ~ Purple Christmas         Min yndlingsforretning her er Cassidy Interiors, som ville være besøget værd, om den så lå her helt alene. De specialicerer sig i nyt lavet af gammelt, og de er helt fantastiske! Masser af patina her.... My favorite store here is Cassidy Interiors, which would be worth the visit even if it were the only store around. They specialize in furniture built from salvage and it's fantastic! Er det ikke den dejligste skodde, I nogensinde har set? Måske kunne man godt få installeret skodder på campingvognen, selv om ham selv ryster på ho'det, så det er lige ved at falde af.... Okay. Måske ikke. Isn't that the most wonderful shutter you guys have ever seen? Maybe one really could install shutters on the camper, although himself is shaking his head so hard it's about to fall clear off.... Okay. Maybe not.         Boondocking Information The Cedros Design District is a fair spot for day camping. Parking is free and plentiful, but limited to 4 hours, so you might have to move if you stay all day, which we didn't.
