Today we day camped at one of my favorite places, the Wilderness Gardens Preserve in Pala.
It was filled with spring flowers, and it has very few visitors.
Just the way I like it.

Wilderness Gardens Preserve was home to Luiseño Indians about 10,000 years ago. One of the remnants of their civilization is this grinding stone.
