Day Camping/Boondocking Information Sunset Point in Mission Bay Park is an excellent spot for day camping. No overnight camping/sleeping allowed. Facilities: Beach and Playground Restrooms and Outdoor Showers Hot Coal Receptacles Fire Rings Free parking Mission Bay Park has a free Dump Station at De Anza Cove just a few miles from Mission Point. Except for Fiesta Island, all areas of Mission Bay Park allow leashed dogs only between 6 pm and 9 am (4 pm to 9 am in winter).
