Boondocking Information The Sea Cove parking area is a good spot for day camping. There is no parking or camping overnight, and the area closes at sunset. Facilities: Restrooms at Cabrillo National Monument Museum $5.00 entry fee per vehicle is good for 7 days - Access passes are accepted. No dogs allowed at Monument. At the Sea Cove nothing is posted regarding dogs. Our dog, Bear, is a service dog.
