It's a great place to be when it is really hot, because of the many old oak and eucalyptus trees that provide a little shade.

	Day Camping/Boondocking Information Lake Hodges is an excellent spot for day camping. The park is open dawn to dusk, and no overnight parking/camping is allowed. Facilities: Port-a-potties Basketball hoop Fishing on weekends Boating on weekends Picnic areas Grills Hot coal receptacles Bate and Tackle shop Restaurant Free parking Leashed dogs welcome, except in the immediate vicinity of the water.
