Today we camped in Hilleary Park in Poway, from where the Spud could report that the playground is fantastic!             På legepladsen ~ On the playground

Jeg kunne ikke nære mig for at smutte over vejen for at se nærmere på Poway Community Church of Christ. Den var færdig-bygget i 1887, og er den ældste kirkebygning i San Diego amt, der aldrig har været brugt som andet end kirke. I couldn't help myself from skipping across the road to take a peek at Poway Community Church of Christ. Construction on it was completed in 1887, and it is the oldest building in San Diego county to have been in continuous use as a church.

Day Camping/Boondocking Information Hilleary Park is an excellent spot for day camping. The parking lot is smallish, but we fit fine with the Lance, and there is street parking as well. The park closes from sunset to sunrise, and there is no overnight camping.
