Parken er kun et par år gammel, og var et rigtig dejligt sted at tilbringe dagen. We day camped at the Cottonwood Creek Park in Encinitas. The park is only a few years old, and was a great place to spend the day.     Cottonwood Creek risler gennem parken. Da her er meget dårligt grundvand, var det dette lille vandløb, der gjorde at jernbanen kom til Encinitas, og at selve byen blev anlagt. Cottonwood Creek trickles through the park. Since ground water here is poor, this stream was the reason the railroad came to Encinitas, and the town itself was established.     "Hver elev havde et havebed.
