Backyard of the Day:

Bahia Point, Mission Bay Park, San Diego, California

Bahia Point surrounds the Bahia Resort Hotel, which is located
at 998 West Mission Bay Drive in Mission Bay Park, San Diego, California

Sssshhh....

We day camped at Bahia Point today, and it was one of the few beaches around here that wasn't completely and totally overrun, now that the summer tourists have invaded San Diego in droves. I suppose this is because Bahia Point is a bit out of the way, and because people assume the beach is owned by the Bahia Resort Hotel, and not accessible to the public. Which is a mistake. But don't tell anybody. Sssshhh....
