Liberty Station is the old Naval Training Center.
It is located on the east side of Rosecrans Street south of Barnett
in Point Loma, San Diego County, California

We day camped in Liberty Station, which is the old Naval Training Center in San Diego. They haven't finished the restoration and rebuilding, but it is really beautiful there.

Boondocking Information

Liberty Station has several parks, each a good place for day camping.
Ovrnight camping would be difficult, because there's a three-hour parking limit for visitors. When parked during the day we switched parking spaces twice, but saw no enforcement.
