Day Camping/Boondocking Information Big Rock Park is a very good place for day camping, and it was not overrun, even though this was a Saturday. Overnight camping or parking is not allowed. The parking lot is closed from 6 pm to 7 am in the winter and from 8 pm to 7 am in the summer.
