	~ 12 August 1986 ~ Nazareth, Armageddon, Tiberias "The following month God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Gallilee, to a virgin, Mary, engaged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of King David. Gabriel appeared to her, and said, 'Congratulations, favored lady! The Lord is with you!' . . . 'Don't be frightened, Mary,' the angel tolad her, 'for God has decided to wonderfully bless you! 	~ 14 August 1986 ~ Haifa We spent the entire day chasing each other up and down Mt. Carmel. When we finally got back to the hostel we were banished to straw huts a la "I had a farm in Aaaaaafrica..." complete with air conditioning ~ or at least LOTS of air ~ kittens, fleas, spiders, cows, and grasshoppers ~ and running water a mere quarter of a mile away...
