1921 - Obituary for Samuel Peter Hughes

HUGHES - On Friday, April 15, at 9 o'clock a.m., SAMUEL P. HUGHES, beloved husband of Philippine Ebbermann, aged 28 years, a native of New Orleans.
The friends and acquaintances of the family, also officers and members of Louisiana Council No. 5, Jr. O. U. A. M.; Employes of the N. O. Naval Station and friends of American Can Company, and officers and members of Imperial Grove No. 49 U. A. O. D., are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place Sunday, April 17, at 3 o'clock p.m., from the residence of his brother, A. S. Hughes, No. 1018 Louisa street, between St. Claude and Rampart streets.
Interment at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery.

ALL LOUISIANA COUNCIL JR. O. U. A. M. - Members of burial committee are hereby notified to attend to funeral of our deceased Brother Sam P. Hughes, which takes place 1017 Louisa street, on Sunday, April 17, at 2:30 p.m., without further notice.
