Transcript
of Last Will and Testament of
David
Williams, Sr.
In
the name of God Amen I give and Bequeath to the Almighty God my Soul
from whom it came.
Item
I give to my two sons Owin Williams and David Williams all my Land to
be equally divised between them in quantity ye plantation to David
and ye Land adjoining to ye main swamp to Owin to them and their
heirs forever.
Item
I give to my three daughters Joan Williams and Ann Williams and Mary
Ann Williams a bead and furniture belonging to ye [illegible]
bead apeas and three Iron potts to each of them.
Item
I leave to ye child my wife goes with Sixteen hundred pounds of
Tobacco to be paid it by my two sons to whom I have gave my Land to
be paid to it when it shall arrive to the age of Sixteen years.
Item
I leave all the remainder of my Estate that is knot already given to
my loving wife Mary Williams whom I do appoint ye whole and sole
Exetrix of this my Last will and Testament
signed
sealed and delivered in the presents of us this 20th fourth day of
December in ye year of our Lord 1725 -
