County, Virginia I, Owen Williams of Fairfax Co., Virginia, for the natural love and affection which I have for my Son-in-Law Thomas Jenkins and my daughter Jemima his wife, of the County of Fairfax, give, grant, bargain, sell and make over to said Thomas Jenkins and Jemima his wife, 2 Negroes, 1 girl named Hanah a boy named Ewell for use during their natural lives and after their decease, to descend to their children McCage and Owen with their increase to be equally Divided, the true intent of my Deed of Gift is that after the decease of said Thomas Jenkins and Jemima his wife the 2 Negroes shall be the sole property of my grandchildren, McCage and Owen to them and their heirs, this 5th November 1772.
I, Owen Williams of Fairfax Co., Virginia for natural love and affection I have for my son Jeremiah Williams, 2 negroes one named Jack and the other named Esther for his use and his heirs forever, the full intent and meaning of this my deed of gift is for my son Jerry Williams to inherit the 2 negroes mentioned above for his use and his heirs use forever.
I, Owen Williams of Fairfax Co., Virginia for love and affection I have for my granddaughter Elizabeth Jennings. I give to said Elizabeth Jennings 2 Negroes, one Simon and the other Jane for her use during her natural life and her heirs and for want of such issue to descend to her sister Nancy and heirs forever. In same manner I give to Ann Jennings daughter of Daniel Jennings, one negro Will to her and her heirs forever. The true intent of this deed of gift is for my granddaughter Betty Jennings to interit the 2 negroes above mentioned for her use and her heirs forever and their increase for want of such issue the whole 3 negroes and their increase to descend to her sister Nancy and her heirs.
