Virginia In the name of God amen I Benjamin Garner of Cople Parish in the County of Westmoreland being sick and weak of body but of sound & perfect mind and memory praise be to God for the same, do think fitt to make & ordain this my last will and Testament in manner & form as followeth. Item I give and bequeath to brother Henry Garner my suit of Duroys alsoe I give and bequeath to my brother Parish Garner my new suit of Druggett, alsoe I give & bequeath to my cozen Henry Garner a three year old heifer, also I give to my cozen Thomas Garner the son of Henry Garner a three year old heifer. I give my cozen Joseph Garner the son of John Garner a three year old heifer also I give & bequeath unto my god son Benjamin Walker a three year old heifer, also I give & bequeath to coz. Vincent Lewis ye son of William Lewis a three year old heifer, also I give to my brother Thomas garner my best gun and my best hatt also I give my sister Mary Price a looking glass and I give my sister Martha a large silk handkerchief and a small trunk also I give and bequeath my cozen James Garner the son of James Garner a three year old heifer also I give my cozen John Garner the gun I bought of Thomas Watson. Item - I give and bequeath to my brother James Garner all my whole right and title and interest of the two hundred acres of land I now live on to him and his heirs forever also I give my sd. brother James Garner all the rest of my estate heretofore not names to it of what quantity or quality soever. I also appoint constitute and ordain my sd. brother James Garner to be my whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament making null and void & no effect all other wills heretofore by me make makeing and declaring this to be my last will & testament. In Witness whereof I have sett my hand & fixed my seal this 31st day of March Anno: Dom. 1718.
