Baked Cauliflower ~ Ovnstegt Blomkål
This recipe is appropriate for a Low Carb Diet

 

 

 

 

10 minutes to prepare, 40 minutes till it's done.

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tbsp garlicsalt

  • 3 tbsp dried parsley

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 blomkålshoved

  • 2 spsk hvidløgsalt

  • 3 spsk tørret persille

  • 1 dl olivenolie

 

 

  1. Break cauliflower into pieces and toss with olive oil, garlic salt, and parsley.

  2. Roast in baking dish in the oven at 400ºF for 30 minutes till tender.

  1. Del blomkålshovedet op i buketter og vend i en blanding af olivenolie, hvidløgsalt og persille.

  2. Bag i bradepande i ovnen ved 200 grader i 30 minutter, til mørt.
